The Vantage 3 is our top tier road bike that offers top-level performance for those looking to take their riding to the next level. Lightweight double butted 6061 alloy frame with hidden internal cable routing, full carbon fork, disc brakes and high volume tubeless compatible tyres combine to create a seriously capable road bike that leads the way of adventure road cycling.
The 6061 hydroformed alloy frame has double butted tube profiles to reduce unnecessary weight while maintaining strength at the welds and the internal cable routing maximises the sleek aesthetic for a modern road bike. The geometry has been refined to offer more endurance comfort for long days in the saddle while still feeling poised and eager to be ridden fast. Additionally, the custom ovalised seatstays are flattened to offer more vertical compliance, steering you away from fatigue and keeping you and your legs feeling fresh.
Shimano 105 R7120 is without doubt the best performance groupset at its price point, introducing lots of trickle-down tech and features from Shimano’s top flight Dura-ace groupset. Equipped with a compact 50/34t chainset with external bottom bracket for improved stiffness and wide range 11-34t cassette, the Vantage 3 can whip down descents and tear up climbs. Upgrading to hydraulic disc brakes also brings a boost in power and modulation for improved control no matter the terrain or weather.
Optimum tyre width remains a hot topic amongst the road cycling crowd and the Vantage 3 capitalises on the improved ride and grip of 38mm tubeless ready WTB Exposure tyres. High volume tyres provide a supple road feel with unmatched comfort over the rough stuff without the risk of pinch flats.
