The Reid eMobility app connects your smartphone to your compatible Reid eScooter, giving you access to additional features and controls.

Use the app to connect your eScooter, track journeys, customise your lights, view your speed and access other connected features.

How to connect your eScooter to the Reid app

  • 1. Download the app

    Download the Reid eMobility app from the Apple App Store or Google Play using the buttons above.
    ↓

    2. Select your eScooter

    Open the app and select your eScooter model
    ↓

    3. Create an account

    Follow the instructions to create your account.
    ↓

    4. Connect via Bluetooth

    Select the Bluetooth button in the top-left corner of the app and choose your eScooter.
    ↓

    5. Enter the pairing code

    When prompted, enter the Bluetooth password:

    000000
    ↓

    6. You're connected

    Your eScooter is now connected to the Reid eMobility app.

Having trouble connecting?

If your eScooter won't connect to the app:

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  2. Make sure your eScooter is switched on.
  3. Make sure you have selected the correct eScooter model in the app.
  4. Check that your eScooter isn't already connected to another phone.
  5. Close and reopen the app and try again.
  6. Check that you're using the correct Bluetooth pairing code.

The current Reid pairing instructions use 000000.
