Assembly
Taking the Aquila platform to new levels of performance, the Aquila Disc is a truly modern road bike built for longer rides. The lightweight double butted 6061 alloy frame has hydroformed tubing so no pedal power is wasted whilst remaining as light and aerodynamic as possible. Internal cable routing and integrated headset add to the aero benefits whilst reducing maintenance (they also look cool!).
The Aquila Disc is built using L-TWOO R5 integrated shifters and gearing for precise and controlled gear changes. A Reid compact 50/34 chainset is matched to an 11 -32t cassette for the perfect mix of speed and climbing ability. Stopping is no problem either. Tektro disc brakes give you the confidence to really master those descents, and with lightweight disc-specific rims, fitted with 28c tyres, the road holding is fantastic.
With matching all black finishing kit, including Selle Royal saddle, the Aquila Disc looks as good as it rides.
