Lauren, tell us a little about yourself…
Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm 26 years old. Since I graduated university, I have worked in Buying and Operations. Outside of work, I love visiting new places, catching up with friends over a cocktail (or two!), baking and visiting fashion exhibitions.

How did you get involved with Reid?
While exploring opportunities to enter the supply chain sector, I came across Reid and was immediately drawn to their innovative approach to bikes and their mission to make cycling and emobility accessible to all. I'm thrilled to be joining the team and excited for the new opportunities ahead.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Everything! I'm really enjoying the variety - no two days are the same on the supply chain team, which keeps things exciting and engaging. Plus, the Reid team has been incredible; everyone is so supportive and hard working and they've made me feel truly welcome from day one.
What is an average day in the life of Lauren Willis?
My day begins with an early start, when I get to my desk at 7:00am to communicate with factories and suppliers across the globe. From there, I work through my to do list. After work, I like to unwind by listening to podcasts, taking walks along the beach or catching up with friends.
How do you like to unwind after work?
I love to unwind after work by staying active-whether it's a beach walk with friends, a swim, or a spin class. After that, I head home to relax and cook dinner.

Finally, what advice would you give to non or novice cyclists out there?
The most important thing is to have fun! Whether you're cycling to a coffee shop, along the beach or to the park with friends. Cycling is about freedom, fresh air and having fun!
