Gear changes are smooth and precise with the Shimano Altus SL-M315 8-speed trigger shifter and Shimano Altus rear derailleur, offering reliable performance across a versatile range of gears.
Stopping is taken care of with the powerful Tektro HDM275 hydraulic disc brakes, featuring a 180mm rotor at the front and a 160mm at the rear. This ensures reliable braking in all conditions, enhancing your confidence on busy streets. Rolling on 27.5" wheels fitted with capable 27.5x2.1" tyres, the Blacktop 1 provides excellent stability, traction, and comfort over varied urban surfaces.
